V1 =5m/s

m2 =20kg

v2 =1.5m/s

after jump total mass=50+20=70.kg

final velocity =v

according to conservation of momentum

mv=m1v1+m2v2

70multiply v= 50 multiply 5 + 20 multiply 1.5

70v =280

v=4m/s.

(c)ans is rolling ball.

taking the formula of momentum p=mv,this is mass multiply velocity. Although the truch certainly have greater mass didnt have velocity mean not moving in any direction it is in rest.,therefore didnt have momentum.

The rolling ball have mass and velocity and it is moving ,so it have greater momentum then that.
