Answer:

(3) Here,

length of AD = 49cm

length of AB = 35 cm

area of parallelogram ABCD = 1470 cm²

area of Parallelogram ABCD = length of AD × length of BE = length of AB × length of DF

so, area of ABCD = 1470 = length of AD × length of BE

=> 1470 = 49 × length of BE

length of BE = 1470/49 = 30 cm

similarly, area of ABCD = 1470 = length of AB × length of DF

=> 1470 = 35 × length of DF

length of DF = 1470/35 = 42 cm

hence, BE = 30cm and DF = 42cm

(4) Let the base be x

Then height = x/3

Area of llgm= 108cm²

b×h= 108cm²

x*x/3= 108

x²= 108*3

x= √324

x= 18cm

Base of parallogram= 18cm

Height of the parallogram = x/3

= 18/3

= 6cm

(5)area of parallellogram= base x height

= 5x X 2x

=10x^2

10x^2=360m^2

x^2= 36

x= 6

base= 5 x 6=30m

height= 2x6= 12m

(6)Let b be the base of the parallelogram, then the area of the parallelogram is equal to 2(0.5 × 20 × 2b) = 1600

Then:

2(10 × 2b) = 1600

⇔ 20 × 4b = 1600

⇔ 4b = 1600/20

⇔ 4b = 80

⇔ b = 80/4

⇔ b = 20 m

Hence, the length is 20 m.
