❤#⃣HEy MATE HERE'S your ANSWER! *⃣❤

♣♣calcium is the fifth most abundant element in the earth's crust, it is never found free in nature since it easily forms compounds by reacting with oxygen and water

✨✨Formerly produced by electrolysis of anhydrous calcium chloride, pure calciummetal is now made commercially by heating lime with aluminum. The metal reacts slowly with oxygen, water vapour, and nitrogen of the air to form a yellow coating of the oxide, hydroxide, and nitride.

♣♣♣Calcium does not occurs naturally in the free state, but compounds of the element are widely distributed. Calcium is a metallic element.
