 \frac{ {5}^{ - 1} \times  {8}^{2}  }{ {2}^{ - 3}  \times  {10}^{ - 1} }  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{ {2}^{3} \times 10 \times 64 }{5}  \\  \\  =  >  {2}^{3} \times 2 \times 64 = 1024

 \bold{ \frac{5 {}^{ - 1} \times 8 {}^{2}  }{2  {}^{ - 3}  \times 10  {}^{ - 1} } }

 \bold{ \implies{ \frac{2 {}^{3} \times 10  \times 64}{5} }}

 \bold { \implies{ \frac{8 \times 10 \times 64}{5} }}

 \bold{ \implies8 \times 2 \times 64}

 \bold{ \implies1024}

Therefore 1024 is the required answer
