Yes. Both hen and frog are oviparous. But they differ in a way of their fertilization. Generally frogs undergo external fertilization i.e., fusion of male and female gametes that occur outside the body. But in case of hen or any other birds fertilization is internal. The eggs that they lay dont have any chance to get fertilized outside the body. Some times they may lay unfertilized eggs.
