Following are some benefits of using Dreamweaver in Web development...

1. It has syntax highlighting...

2. It has intellisense.. means it gives suggestion while writing code.

3. It has find and replace feature...

4. It will automatically open included/linked files in other tabs

5. because of above told feature you do not have to flip through different screens.. you can open those files by pressing tab key.

6. last but not least.. it's beginner friendly...

btw..  i do not use it, i use vs code and sublime text.
