hey friends! I'm not understanding the meaning of this science question in my holidays assignment please help me. The question is:-
Explore the refrigerator or the kitchen and list atleast five food items that are preserved using preservatives. Also find out the mode of action of each preservative.
What is the meaning of preservatives?
