To find \bold{remedy}, you have to find the \bold{cause}.

The cause can be simple. Maybe it's because you are comparing yourself with others. Or maybe it's just psychological. It happens to many people and not gonna lie, it happens to me too.

If you feel lonely, then hang out with friends. Friends are the best companion one can get. But some people like to be alone. It is in their nature. Friends can really help in anything like this.

The feeling of worthless and useless comes from comparing yourself with others. Don't think about others. Think about yourself. I am not saying to be narcissistic. I mean to say that don't compare yourself with others. Compare yourself with yourself only. Like I mentioned above, friends can help in this feeling also.
In case you think negative you should relax, take deep breaths, in and out, don't think about what would happen, think about what you can do.
Be positive. Keep smiling. Scientific research says that even fake smile can make a person optimist. So keep smiling :)

Aparts from friend, Yoga and Meditation can really help.
They will make you calm, quiet and peaceful.
Also it will help you in attaining concentration power and also maintain your health :)

1.in order to remove loneliness one should divert there mind and focus on the work which is his or her favorite and spend more time socialising with people.

2. In order to remove the feeling of worthlessness one should do the work in which he or she is very good at , so gradually due to his or her good performance in that field will boost his or her self esteem and self confidence.
It is also very important for that person to avoid negative people .
