Given that :

 {x}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  = 62

Now,

 {(x +  \frac{1}{x}) }^{2}  =  {x}^{2} +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }   + 2x \times  \frac{1}{x}  \\  \\  =  >  {(x +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } )}^{2}  = 62 + 2 \\  \\  =  >  {(x +  \frac{1}{x} )}^{2}  = 64 \\  \\  =  > x +  \frac{1}{x}  = 8

I hope it will be helpful for you

\huge\boxed{\fcolorbox{cyan}{red}{Solution:-}}.

Given here.

X² + X²= 62.......(1)

Find Here,

X +1/X = ?.

We know.

(a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab.

So,

=> (x+1/x)²

= (x² + 1/x² + 2).

= (62+2). [by (1).]

= 64.

➡(x+1/x)= √64.

=±8.

Hopes its helps u.
