The exams were invented by "Henry Fischel"
He was a french philosopher and US professor.

He was the first person to coin the very dangerous and sad moment of our lives called as "EXAMS".
He gave the two mode phenomenon of exams interior and exterior.
The first country to implement this rule was 'CHINA' and slowly this concept was opted worldwide unfortunately in INDIA too..... =_=
