let the ratio be x
then the ratio of its side will be 4x:5x
Now, perimeter = 2( 4x+5x)
72cm. = 8x+ 10x
72cm. = 18x
x = 4
hence one of its side will be = 4x = 16cm
other side will be 5x = 20cm

let 1st side 4x
and 2nd side 5x
perimeter of IIgm is 2(l+b)
72= 2(4x +5x)
72= 2×9x
72= 18x
72/18= x
4= x
now ATQ
4x =4×4= 16cm
and 5× 4= 20cm.
AS THIS QUESTION WAS IN EXAM SO PUJA MAM TOLD IT IS WRONG DIAGONALS WILL BE IN ROOT.KOMAL ASK ANJU SHARMA MAM FOR FURTHER INQUIRES.
HOPE HELPED ❤
