Answer:1)because there is only proton which is positively charged and neutron which has no charge.

2) because it has 10 electrons and so K shell has 2 electrons and L has 8 electrons.

Answer:

1. Nucleus contains positive charge because Nucleus has only protons and neutrons . out of them neutrons has no charge while protons has positive charge .hence the Nucleus become neutral .

2. sodium has atomic no. = 11 .

by electronic configuration , no of electrons in k and l shells are 2 , 8 respectively. and the remaining 1 electron moves to the next cell . hence k and l shells are completely filled
