SONG HYE KYO, a beautiful South Korean actress, was born on 22 November, 1981. She gained popularity through her lead roles in television dramas 'AUTUMN IN MY HEART', 'ALL IN ', 'THAT WINTER, TGE WIND BLOWS' and the most popular 'DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN'. This South Korean drama is really a great success.

She made her first appearance on the big screen with a main role in the film 'MY GIRL AND I'. This movie was based on the novel named 'SOCRATES OF LOVE'.

She married the South Korean actor, Song Joong Ki, on 31st October,2017. He played the lead role in the famous South Korean television drama 'DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN'.

In 2017, she ranked 7th in Forbes magazine's Korea Power Celebrity list. She had won many awards for her outstanding work in the drama industry. I am going to mention few of them only as the list is quite long.

She won her first award in 1996 named Sunkyung Smart Model Contest.

She had won the award for MOST POPULAR ACTRESS in 2001 for her marvellous work in 'AUTUMN IN MY HEART'. In the same year only, she won the award for the TOP KOREAN STAR.
