Dear Student,
Solution:

It is not possible dear, as ...
 \frac{a1}{a2}  \:  \: is \: not \: equal \: to \:  \frac{b1}{b2}
Is same in all there cases that you said....

As in first time they are not equal to each other.
so we cannot go to c1 and c2.

Let us take an Example,
In a Game, if we cannot complete 1 Level, we cannot go to 2 level without completing the 1st Level.

HOPE THIS ANSWER HELPS YOU A LOT DEAR.....✌️✌️
KINDLY MARK IT AS BRAINLIEST ANSWER DEAR.....
