No, they don't collide.
They do have mass, and force fields do permeate round them, they don't clash into each other under gravity, since the space time is expanding, at an accelerated rate, even faster than the rate at which light travels, since the distance between the celestial bodies is growing bigger and bigger, albeit the galaxies and small systems are still held by gravity, the consequence of the same, that too to produce an acceleration in other heavy bodies, isn't that much of a significant, a.k.a. not enough to make the celestial bodies collide.
