Hey mate here is the correct answer.......

Gauss's law

According to Gauss's law," the net electric flux through any surface is equal to the net charge enclosed by it divided by Eo".

It is only applicable only under the following two conditions:-

  • The electric field at every point on the surface is either perpendicular or tangential.
  • Magnitude of electric field at every point where it is perpendicular to surface has a constant value (denoted by E)

Coulomb's law

According to coulomb's law," the force of interaction between any two point charges is directly proportional to the product of charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them"

suppose two point charges are and ....

Thus Gauss' law states that electric flux through any closed surface is equal to the net charge enclosed inside the surface divided by permittivity of vacuum. The reader can find more rigorous proof of Gauss' law in any high level Physics book.

The law. Coulomb's law states that: The magnitude of the electrostatic force of attraction or repulsion between two point charges is directly proportional to the product of the magnitudes of charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The force is along the straight line joining them.
