2 \sqrt{2x}  ^{3}  - 3 \sqrt{3y ^{3} }  \\  \\  = (2 \sqrt{2x ^{} }  - 3 \sqrt{3} )(4 {x}^{2}  + 6 \sqrt{6xy}  + 9 {y}^{2} )

IDENTITY USED : (x^3-y^3)= (x+y)(x^2+xy+y^2)
