hi can u help me with this how the workers should be educated on how to reduce the rate of skin cancer? pls reply]

As there is growth in the human body which leads to our increasing height and other growths. The growth process occurs due to mitosis division of cells in our body in the somatic(growth) cells. But if the Mitotic division is uncontrollable it leads to cancer. Skin cancer is caused due to harsh exposure of skin to the harmful ultraviolet rays when there is lack of melanin pigment in our skin. Hence to have a precautionary measure one with fair complexion should avoid exposure to the sun in bright days(as melanin gives us dark complexion of the skin).
