Anonymous: ans for 2nd one...... The body is about 60% water, give or take. We're constantly losing water from our bodies, primarily via urine and sweat. There are many different opinions on how much water we should be drinking every day. The health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon.
Anonymous: ans for 3rd one..... While we can withstand weeks without food,we can only survive five to seven days withoutwater, but what would happen to our bodies if we stopped drinking water? ... When we don't drink water, we being to experience the initial signs of dehydration such as dry mouth, followed by dark urine with a strong odor.
Anonymous: ans for 4th one...... Many survival blogs suggest that an average person can survive for somewhere from two days to a weekwithout liquids, but that's a rough estimate at best.
