Private healthcare is the private ownership of a private health service like hospitals and clinics etc.
They can mean many things in the following ways;
(i) A social service.
(ii) A business.
There is a community health centre run by a private company near my house.
Apart from routine health check-up, the centre offers a variety of services such as immunisation, blood and urine testing, diet counselling etc.
Special programmes are held for pregnant women on second and fourth Saturday of a month.
Vaccines against smallpox, measles etc are provided at a minimum cost.
