the mean and mode of the frequency distribution is 28 and 18 find the median

mean = 28
mode = 18
using emperical formula we get,
$3median \: - \: 2mean \: = mode \\ 3median = mode + 2mean \\ 3median \: = 2(28) + 18 \\ 3median = 56 + 18 = 74 \\ median \: = \frac{74}{3} \\ median = 24.6$
