According to the new rules of Brainly, Only moderators and the users who have given 1000 answers only can message anybody. All the previous messages are gone.
You must be thinking why this all happened.
So, to make Brainly spam free and a safe place, our leaders and administrators have decided to do this.

When you will search for users and tap on that chat section a dialogue box saying " answer a few questions before activating this option " or somewhat like that will appear.
