Hi, please help me to solve this problem :-
x-y = 9
xy = -4
Find the value of x²+y²

We know that,

(x-y)² = x²-2xy+y²

Putting the values we get,

(9)² = x²+y²-2xy
81 = x²+y²-2x(-4)
81 = x²+y²+8
81-8 = x²+y²
73 = x²+y²
