The hydrides of group 16 have tetrahedral geometry. With two lone pairs of the elements. There is an increase in the bond angle as we move down the group because

-The electron negativity of elements decrease as we move down.

-The lone pair - bond-pair repulsion is stronger is than lone pair-lone pair or bond pair bond-pair interaction.

-But as the electronegativity decreases, the repulsion also decreases which results in a decrease in bond angle
