Does availability of good health and educational facilities depend only on account of money spent by the government on these facilities ? What other factors could be relevant ?

Ummm if you will see than you will get that it doesn't depend on the money spent by government and at that same time , it deoends on the money spent by the government .

Actually moreover it depends on the person and varies from person to person . It depends upon the economic background of an individual . If he / she is rich enough to get all the facilities in private then he / she won't have any problem , but if one's background is poor then he / she will depend on the government for the facilities .

Like as , for study , government provides different institutions and people has access to it . But there are some also who go to private institutions for study .

So , totally it varies as different people has different aspects .

Amount of money and funds spent by the government is definitely an important factor in which availability of health and educational facilities depends.
*Some other factors are:-
a). Implementation by the executives.
b). Cooperation of the peoples.
c). Opinion of the peoples.
d).For good quality of health and educational facilities we need to ensure that the personals engaged in providing these facilities
