@ Silver metal will get converted into Silver chloride(AgCl) leaving hydrogen gas. Silver metal doesn't show any change because it does not react with dilute HCl, because it is placed below hydrogen in the activity series.

Silver metal doesn't show any change because it does not react with dilute HCl, because it is placed below hydrogen in the activity series.️ b) The reaction of aluminum with dilute HCl is an exothermic reaction. Large amount of heat is realised during this process. Therefore, temperature increases.Aluminium reacts to form Aluminium chloride(AlCl3)

c) Sodium metals react with HCl and hydrogen gas is evolved. The reaction is so exothermic that the liberated hydrogen catches fire and is accompanied by explosion.Sodium forms Sodium chloride (NaCl) and a large amount of heat energy is released.

️ d) The gas released is CO² and H².Lead(Pb) reacts with dil. HCl and hydrogen gas is evolved which appears as bubbles.
