Honey is more viscous than water can you suggest why

Honey is more viscous than water because the molecules of water have more intermolecular space than honey and force of attraction so the molecules are nor tightly bind and held together as in honey therefore they are not as viscous as honey

Honey is more. Viscous than water because as particles of honey are more tightly packed because of which it resist the movement of particles as particles stop each other but in case of water in comparison to honey particles are far away from each other
