5) Religion should not be used in politics. Leaders should not appeal to the religious sentiments of the people for the sake of a few votes.

6) The state should not encourage riots in any form.

7) The state policies should not be communalist.

8) Besides the state, citizens are equally responsible for peace and harmony. We should behave as concerned citizens and should fulfill all our responsibilities.
