Addiction allows people to feel no emotion or feel over emotional. Whether it's love hate sadness, all emotions when under the influence can be heightened or deflated. These addictions may affect the frontal lobe which is decision making, analyzing consequences, and impulsiveness. Without your amygdala in control you physical body may have a mind of its own. And economically, there are many different ways it can affect your economic life. Such as losing your job, spending money on your addiction, or even losing economic support.
