how am I supposed to know that the derivative 2x-2x^-3 can be written as 2(x^4-1)/x^3 PLEASE HELP ASAP!! I HAVE EXAM.

First of all, 2(x^4-1)/x^3 is not the derivative of 2x-2x^-3. It is just an L.C.M.
