XP = XQ(TANGENTS DRAWN FROM AN EXTERNAL POINT)

XA + AP = XB + BQ

XB + BR = XA + AR(BQ = BR AND AP = AR...TANGENTS DRAWN FROM COMMON EXTERNAL POINT)
