To protect them from extreme cold, they have two thick layers of fur. They also have a layer of fat under their skin. In fact, they are so well insulated that they have to move slowly and rest often to avoid getting overheated.

Hot blooded vertibrates need a proper climate for a comfortable living.It should not be any kind of optimum,like not extremely hot or not extremely cold.

But still we can see that many species lives in hot and dry weather without any major problems.

Actually they vaporize their sweat from skin's sweat glands and thus the total temperature of their body decreases to a preferable measure.And they live without any problems.
