How are bases different from alkali ? explain

all alkalis are bases but all bases are not alkali.
alkali is water soluble base

Alkalis are also a type of base but which is soluble in water. But bases other than alkali do not dissolve in water. We can say all alkalis are bases but all bases are not alkalis
