Clouds are formed under following conditions :
During daytime the water in seas and oceans get heated and evaporates and go up in the sky in the form of water vapour after that the water vapours emerge and get combine with each other resulting in the formation of clouds this process is called condensation.
Extra part :
( when those clouds become heavy it starts raining followed by the process called precipitation after that water in th form of rain again goes to oceans and seas and the same process continues again...)
