❣❣Here is ur answer= the modes of reproduction in unicellular organisms can be fission,budding
etc whereas in multicellular organisms specialised reproduction organs are present therefore they can reproduce by complex reproduction methods such as vegetative propagation ,spore formation,etc.

multicellular organisms reproduce sexually and most of the unicellular reproduces asexually..thats kinda difference is there between these to variation cell organisms
