How are water and minerals transported in plants? (for 4 mark answer)

they take water and minerals from the soil and it is transported by stem with the help of xylem tissue
they make food with water and Minerals and food is transported by tissue

water and minerals are transported to plants by :
1 . The plant take water and nutrients from the soil.
2. there's a main tissue which helps them for all of the transportation that is xylem.
3.This tissue only transports water and mineral from root to all parts of plant.
4. these tissues are very helpful to plants.
