Hello!
>> when a tendril is in contact with a support then more auxins will diffuse in the direction which is away from support. This concentration of auxins help the plant to grow on the side which is away from support. Hence the tendril grow more in the direction which is away from support.

Auxin is a plant hormone which is secreted at the tip of the tip of shoot. Due to presence of Auxin cells of plant grow longer
When tendril comes in contact with any type of support then Auxin Stimulates the faster growth of the plant cells
