How boiling point of solution is changed when mass of solute is doubled?

Boiling point of solution will change on doubling the mass of solvent . Elevation in BP is proportional to concentration of solute.On doubling the mass of solvent the concentration of solute becomes half . So elevation in bp decreases. Hence,the BP of initial solution will decrease.
