To multiply fractions:

Simplify the fractions if not in lowest terms
.Multiply the numerators of the fractions to get the new numerator.
Multiply the denominators of the fractions to get the new denominator.

we can multiply fractions by multiply numerator to numerator and denominator to denominator.
take an example \frac{2}{7}X \frac{3}{8} = \frac{6}{56}
