How can I weld using following materials?
220V AC Household supply
TWO CONNECTING WIRES
PAPER PINS
ALUMINIUM FOIL (TO BE WELDED)

maybe you can use the heating effect of electric current,use the paper pins as the switches and connect the aluminum to the negative terminal.

please tell me about it
it is simplest type of welding similar to my welding. Only thing is that the electrode (in this case paper pins) is consumable, i.e. it gets used up. This electrode goes in welding joint.
