Answer:

Every place on earth has a unique global address including our cities, towns, countries, remote inaccessible areas, forests grasslands, etc.

For locating a point, a grid coordinate system can be used. Currently, two types of systems are in use-

1) Geographical Coordinate system- where the three dimensional structure is morphed to fit onto a two-dimensional structure such as a map uses two points of longitude and latitude, measured in relation to the poles.

2) Rectangular or Cartesian coordinate system- Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) is a method within a grid system that uses the meter as its basic unit of measurement and uses a projection system for mapping onto a two-dimensional space. It divides the world's surface into 60, (that has their own central meridians) with six-degree meridians of longitudes that follow a specific procedure of measurement.  Another specific method of grid quadrilaterals can also be used to further fix positions.
