Connect the Resistors 3 Ohm and 6 Ohm in parallel  and the resulting resisistance is 1/(1/3+1/6) = 18/(6+3) = 2 Ohm . Let A and beB be the terminals to which they are connected. Let the resistor 2 Ohm be connected in series to this 3Ohm and 6 Ohm parallel group resistors. Now the total resistance of the circuit is 2Ohm+2Ohm= 4 Ohm.

If each of the 2Ohm,3ohm and 6ohm resistorsare connected in parallel, then their net resistance = 1/{1/2+1/3+1/6} Ohm = 6/(3+2+1)Ohm = 1 Ohm.

Hope this helps.
