It can be proven as CSA or LSA of a hemisphere is 2 pie r sq. so if we join two hemispheres so we will get a sphere and its CSA will be equal to the LSA or CSA of two hemispheres i.e. 2 pie r sq. + 2 pie r sq. equals to 4 pie r sq. (HP)

Happy New Year........

prakhar88: what is CSA and LSA
prakhar88: and how can we prove it without hemispheres
biranjansinha11: CSA means curved surface area
biranjansinha11: LSA means lateral surface area
biranjansinha11: u can if you know that a sphere has radius in all directions means have four radius and have four circles so area of four circles is 4 pie r square......
biranjansinha11: for more you can see ncert maths book of class 9th on internet
prakhar88: thank you
