Area of parallelogram =b×h

h= b/area of parallelogram

Now we know the value of height then,

Area of parallelogram = b×h

studiousprasad20: sorry sir, I asked you how to find area of parallelogram without using height, means we don't have to use height
nainarawat2606: Sir????
nainarawat2606: And sorry for giving wrong answer
studiousprasad20: it's okay

We can also find the area of a parallelogram using Heron's formula.

Assume a parallelogram is given length of 4 sides (only 2 adjacent sides needed) and one diagonal. The diagonal divides the parallelogram into two congruent triangles.

Each triangle thus formed s given their sides too, two adjacent sides of the parallelogram and the diagonal. Using this, find the area of this triangle by Heron's formula and then double the area to get that of the parallelogram.

Here's a formula for it too.

$$If two adjacent sides of a parallelogram are$\ a\ $and$\ b,\ $and one diagonal is$\ c, \\ \\ $then, \\ \\ \\ Area =$\ 2\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)} \\ \\ \\ $where$\ \ s=\frac{a+b+c}{2} \\ \\ \\

There's no need of altitude for this.

Hope this helps you. Please mark it as the brainliest. ^_^

Please ask me if you've any doubt.

Thank you. :-))
