Ways in which we can keep our body healthy:
1)Eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
2)Avoiding street or outside food.
3)Drinking plenty of water.
4)Doing regular exercise and walking.
5)Protecting face and skin from pollution when out in the city.
6)Never  sit idle,always keep doing some work or exercise.
