Accordingly when we define , degrees of polynomialic functions or exponential reductions , it's a rule of mathematical indices , to implement the degree of a constant to be 0 ,
Because , algebraic identity is made of up two primary things , one is constant part and other is non constant or variable part , variables maybe of any degree or dimensions but constant is always unique and it's dimensions is decided by its factors , 8 has dimension 3
2 x 2 x 2 = 8 , and it's degree will be defined to be 0 because it's dimension at last will be equal to 1

( 2 )³ = 8¹

Hence , it's the concept of exponential reductions , in order to do so , it's degree at last will be equal to 0 , because exponent raised to 0 will result in 1 dimension
