Human beings can be reffered as a resource when their qualities like knowledge and skill are utilised for some purpose. For the development of human resource ,investment in the form of health facilities and education needs to be made. Human resources can be of more importance than any other resource because human resource is needed to utilise other natural resources.

resources can be of two kinds -natural resources or human resources. The natural products come under natural resources and qualities like labour, skill ,knowledge etc are human resources. Human resources can be used when some investment is made on their health and education. It means health and education improves the quality of their talents. If a person is healthy he can do more of work and do not needs to depend on anyone. And better education gives them ability to make right decisions.
