How can we solve a difficult sum if i know the formula but the concept is not clear

See, Maths is all about formulas and understanding the concept. If you practice more , you will get nice result.

Now,come in your question that is if you learned all the formulas but your concept is not understand. It is not possible if you are not understanding the concept than solve the hard problems.

First, you should understand the concept without this you are not able to solve any question.
Example -If you don't know the meaning of quadratic equation ,then how can you apply formulas or any step.

So First, understand concept with the help of self study, Youtube or brainly etc.
