The core consists Inner & outer core .

inner core Contain solid

outer core contain fluid

The fluid contains iron, which, as it moves, generates the Earth's magnetic field. The crust and upper mantle form the lithosphere, which is broken up into several plates that float on top of the hot molten mantle below.

Explanation:

There are no samples of the Earth's core available for direct measurement, as there are for the Earth's mantle. Information about the Earth's core mostly comes from analysis of seismic waves and the Earth's magnetic field. The inner core is believed to be composed of an iron–nickel alloy with some other elements.
