How can we travel across time and dimensions...plz explain in detail!!!!

it is said that there exits particles of time in the atmosphere. We find the shirt smooth enough. But if you zoom the surface of the shirt, we will find that it is made of the threads. Between each threads there will be gaps. So if we widen those gaps in a large scale it will be possible to go through that gap,
 
similarly the table looks smooth. But when we zoom enough we will find space between the particles and if we widen them its enough to pass through it

it is said that even the there are time particles in the atmosphere . Only if we find them , we can provide large amount of energy to that just to make it widen. Through this widened space, we can enter in to an other place and time. 
STEPHEN HAWKING believes in this theory. But there are some practical problems in it. That is when a man enters through the time particle which has been widened by applying massive amount of energy, the question arises whether we can bring him back to original time and whether there will be two copies of that person. So questions like these are against the theories of Stephen. 

other thing is the formation of the particles which can travel faster than the light. This will enable us to move between times. 

Dimensions- we believe they are 3 D. But scientists have discovered things happening in more than 3 dimensions,. This will bring a different aspect to our real life
